Linn 0 points · 4 years ago I'm no engineer - but I have a music engineer friend who said the last thing you want to put in your home is a pair of actual studio monitors. something to do with the fact they're so hard on the ears - regardless of how neutral etc they're supposed to be - that listening to music for pleasure becomes anything but.

I know a lot of people (well maybe not a lot lol but a few) who search high and low for original pressings of records rather than buy a new repressed version and would love to hear from people who only buy originals and why, im assuming they're more valuable but im sure many people have .
